Fijian Sunset

Oil on canvas. Size 76cm (W) x 56cm(H).

Very colourful  painting of one of the thousands of sunset photos I have taken over the last few years. Oil blends beautifully and holds it’s own value over other colours so I prefer this medium when I paint something where plenty of blending is required. Oil used to be my favourite medium before I had Anna but time constraints pushed me into painting more with acrylic as it dries so quickly and can be repainted over.
