My hubby always says I start saying something very backwards — and I do.  Just another of my annoying Aquarian traits I suppose. I possess many annoying traits I’ll admit but now at my age I’ve finally stopped making excuses for them. That’s very liberating.

So I could explain my obsession with the stars, the Cosmos and anything ‘space’ related due to watching too much Doctor Who as a kid  or wanting to be an astronaut when I was five or still being a Sci-Fi- fanatic at 49 !! — all of which is entirely true by the way. But essentially there’s a very simple reason why I can’t stop creating ‘Cosmic’ things — and soon to come into my shop will be many other hand painted trinkets and Cosmic crafts like these stunning Cosmic Coasters. It’s because it feels so different painting them to painting a portrait which takes focus and concentration. It feels natural, a Cosmic calling so to speak….. and before I pass you the bucket I have to add, it just makes me happy………. And we all have to do something that makes us happy — a little bit on a daily basis to stay sane in this world.

So I hope when you look more closely at these mini Cosmic creations you too  get a little lost in their glossiness and intrigue and feel the sheer joy and inner peace I felt when creating them….and the hope that we are all part of another integral esoteric Universe devoid of Trump and Corona Virus and racism.  Let’s hope.
