Description

A gorgeous blend of various green alcohol inks with sinews of gold and threads of white and pearlescent silver white hand poured and finished with green and gold glitter. Then it is teased and manipulated gently to allow the resin largely do it’s own thing overnight.

Mounted with a gold jumping so it can be hung as an artpiece on the wall or in the window to let the sunlight shine through it like an elaborate stained glass panel.

But then, turn it over and you will see a checkerboard of squares. This gorgeous dual purpose objet d’art piece can be used for chess or checkers or even as a base for candle burners.

I’ve just revisited The Queen’s Gambit and this was the inspiration for creating my most beautiful piece of object art so far.
