Shipping and Delivery

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Items and artwork sent within New Zealand will be delivered to the address specified with New Zealand Tracked Post system.  If you prefer your item to be couriered please contact us and we will quote for that accordingly. Goods delivered internationally may be subject to the relevant duties and taxed applied by the country the goods are delivered to.  These duties and taxes  shall be the responsibility of the recipient.

 

RETURNS

Please choose and place your order diligently as Valerie’s Gallery does not offer refunds or exchanges  on original artwork, commissions,  prints or downloadable products or phone cases.   If a phone case arrives unfit for purpose Valerie’s Gallery reserves the right to replace it with another similar kind of phone case. In this instance Valerie’s Gallery  will cover the cost of postage and handling.

If the product or artwork  has been damaged in transit by Valerie’s Gallery carriers please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will contact the carrier company directly to resolve any claims. Please note that claims must be made within 7 days of delivery of the item. We ask that you sign for and check all goods on receipt as we cannot be held responsible once the chain of custody is broken. Valerie’s Gallery will not cover any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.
