Perfect Imperfections.
With an underlay of silver leaf I painted the hands in oil paint over the top. Initially above the hands was a butterfly made from the ‘skins’ I make my phone cases with but I decided to change that and create another earth planet. Very much like the planet we inhabit, the hands obvious imperfections are the point of the whole piece. Humans are perfect imperfections.
